I am an adaptable professional with experience in e-commerce management, product development and customer service. I am currently working as an E-commerce Assistant at Express Shoppers. Where I handle Shopify management, SEO, product listings, and basic graphics. Previously, I worked as a New Product Developer at Maheen Accessories Ltd. contributing to research and prototyping and as a Sales Associate at Aarong, providing customer service using CRM tools. Alongside my professional roles, I am also a voice artist at MIB a passionate cosplayer, and an active member of my college’s Cultural Club. I have strong skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability.
